What is the normal production time for my order?
Normal production time for most items is 5 to 7 working days from approval of order, plus ship time.  Large orders or custom designed pieces can take longer and will be quoted prior to the beginning of production.  Please advise us of your specific event date.  We will schedule production to allow ample shipping time for you to receive your awards a few days prior to that date.  However, delays in artwork approval or shortened production time could result in the need for Express Shipping.

How do I provide engraving information?
On our website, once you choose an item you will see a form for your engraving underneath it. Here you will also be able to upload logos and give any special instructions. You can also email us at janmar524@yahoo.com in the event your order has already been submitted.

How do I provide my logo or custom artwork?
You can provide logo via the upload feature on the site, on a disk or via email.  Be sure that you have a suitable original file of your logo.  We recommend that you use an EPS version of your file (vector) if possible, or a high-resolution TIFF or JPG version if the file is not vector-based.    We will notify you if there are any issues with the format or clarity of the artwork. 

The quality of your logo on the finished product will be directly related to the artwork you provide.  Please make every effort to provide us with high quality digital artwork.  Logos requiring clean up or alteration are subject to a $75.00 per hour processing fee.

What is a setup charge?
A setup charge entails preparing the items to be engraved. This includes that a fixture hold the item securely during the engraving process. If an additional location is to be engraved, a second setup charge may be required to reposition the item for engraving. If an order has more than one item being purchased with the same message engraved on each, only one setup fee is applicable unless there are any changes made between the items, such as name or title.

What is an EPS File?
EPS stands for Encapsulated File.  A vector based, computer graphics file format developed by Adobe Systems.  EPS is the preferred format for many computer illustrations because of its efficient use of memory and fine color control.

What is a Font?

A graphical design applied to all numerals, symbols and characters in the alphabet.  A font usually comes in different sizes and provides different styles, such as bold, italic, and underlining for emphasizing text.

What payment Methods do you accept?
JanMar Awards.com accepts credit card payment from Visa and Mastercard.  All orders require pre-payment.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the product, your location and the delivery method used.  Prior to completing your purchase transaction, your shipping total will be calculated and provided to you.
